2. What data we process

The data you provide through the contact form or by email/WhatsApp: first name, last name, phone, email and any information you include in your message (for example the player's age, position or background). If you accept analytics cookies, also anonymous browsing data (see the cookie policy).

3. What we use it for

• To answer your enquiry and tell you about our programs.
• To manage the evaluation, admission or recruiting process if you decide to continue.
• With your consent, to measure website usage in order to improve it.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, taking pre-contractual steps at your request. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Minors

When the enquiry concerns a player who is a minor, the form must be submitted by their parent or legal guardian, who gives consent.

6. Retention

We keep the data for as long as the relationship lasts or as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and for a maximum of two years from the last contact if you do not enrol. After that it is deleted.

7. Recipients

We do not sell or share your data. We use providers that process it on our behalf: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling) and, only if you accept, Google LLC (Google Analytics). These providers may process data outside Andorra and the European Economic Area, with the appropriate safeguards required by law.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to scouting@dixonsport.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades, APDA).

9. Regulations

This policy is governed by Llei 29/2021, of 28 October, on the protection of personal data of the Principality of Andorra and, where applicable, by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
